If Google is basing that on the claim on his Warwick Advisory LinkedIn page, then it wants to have a look at the actual amount of business done by Warwick Advisory Partners. While my expertise lies firmly outside the financial sector, it appears to me that Companies House would suggest that Warwick Advisory Partners did not trade between being set up and struck off the register. It may of course be that it simply did not exist for long enough to file accounts, perhaps?

His linkedin profile of course suggests it's still going, with no mention of his Limited Liability Partnership

Moondog's site is what the Royal Pearl site might have looked like if Bingo hadn't had it knocked up by his mate in the pub who also does mugs and tee-shirts. I see he claims that "Intertorc Europe SA, is our investment Partner." Google shows nothing for "Intertorc," but there is an "Intertorco," which uses stock photos of hospitals, oil rigs and so on, and contains much of the farty gibberish normally seen in a site that is set up only to impress the easily-persuaded, rather than attract customers. Intertorco claims to have interests in The Sudan. Paul Dougan's Scotia Exploration has a Sudan branch, and so do several other companies under his umbrella.

Alex's eponymous LLP doesn't appear to tickle the tastebuds of the Companies House search engine. He'd had five months to register it. Why wouldn't you want to do that?

An LLP requires a minimum of 2 members as it's a partnership, yet the website it's all about him. No office address, no registration numbers,

I think the club need new Solicitors

Sudanese men are apparently the most well endowed in the World, maybe why such ill financed folk wish to appear ensconced there!

If it is Intertorco Europe SA the the company has a turnover of less than €2 million ,no employees ,last accounts filed in 2014

Hold on a minute: 'After five months of negotiations'?

But didn't Biggs, or was it Carson say these were a new mob? Nowt to do with the Brealey who supposedly shook hands on a deal sometime after Xmas? And why the big song and dance about Allen returning, backing this manager and only selling when the Club returns to the EFL if takeover talks were happening?

You couldn't make it up. But on second thoughts...

Nah don't tell me Biggs or Carson lied? Nah not 'aving it

A Solicitor's letter was sent to say they had seen proof of funds

As always, thank you. In this case it was not worth the paper it was written on.

This is ludicrous.
Is Carson saying that he took a letter from their solicitor as proof? Is that the extent of the due diligence?

It wasn't that famous company Grabbit and Sue Ltd, Sheffield was it?

Bean should do an audit of Carson's procedures.

Why so surprised?, it's just like that idiot Turner announcing that the Development Centre "was running at great profit" just because Sutcliffe told him it was.

In all fairness it probably was running at a great profit.

However the lack of open, honest, professional book-keeping never enabled anyone to actual establish where the money went ?

However Liam probably knows all the answers.

Well his naivety surprises me in this instance, given the sterling work he did with the CFC bank to establish that funds received from Bingham were legit.
