Big risk from Salford!! Just because they are getting big players from leagues above...doesn’t they mean they are prepared for non league life???
Big time (perceived) Charlie’s will get eaten up & spit by some of the defenders willing to make a point against them.
There is no doubt we will be the biggest club on this league, but stature, high profile players means nothing when teams see you as a perfect opportunity to shoot you down!!
Obviously class tells in the end....but look a Macc last season! Least fancied......& ran away with the league!
I personally feel MA is getting the right blend to challenge next season....no one, especially realist from around here, think we’ll walk away with it!!
Us & salford will be on TV more than we ever have been before & that brings its challenges itself
Going to be an interesting ride

Seemingly not so as far as we are concerned. The first six clubs to be featured includes Salford, but not us.

Yep on the face of it good signings but as we know only too well perceived higher league strikers don’t always work out

In the unlikely event they don’t workout, they’ll just get more in

It just about how the fixtures pan out. We’ll be on a couple of times, more if we are doing well

First home game in September might be a prospect, against Leyton Orient

With how far Salford have come as a club since their celebrity backing started it would be very odd if further resources were not made available to try and move on even higher

Thinking back I wonder what other club might have benefited from further invesment a few years ago? :windup

Thought on him? Don't seem to have scored many goals but with wage cuts at Gateshead and a squad largely built on youth any senior pro is better than nowt

Anyone speak Spanish? Do I correctly understand that Daniel Wong has been released by Espanyol B two years before the end of his contract after playing only 24 minutes and that the reasons for signing him were more commercial than sporting? Surely I have misunderstood:
