Anyone who watches "Egg Heads", the BBC quiz show, they've been having a knockout to get two new experts for the new series. Tonight one of the winners was a Bolsover lad, anyone know him? He holds various Derbyshire quiz titles etc so is quite a brainy ******. Well done lad, unless of course he follows any other football team.

Something that he put in his biography about when he was homeless in Amsterdam and was threatened by someone with a knife. He supposedly killed him and threw him in the canal.

That doesn't actually say he killed him and threw him in otherwise he would be admitting murder knowing he was dead before then throwing him in. There's quite a bit of difference.

Knowing some of the garbage he used to come out with he probably didn't even hit anyone, proper drama queen

I used to work with the Steve, cracking guy who really does know his stuff for quizzes. Was always going to them and he's been on a few tv shows already.

According to iplayer that episode was the final so if he won he actually becomes an Egghead. Just saw the first bit but I don't know him and in Boza most people know each other.

Still fair play to him, always knew us Boza lot were clever lads.

Edit: I think Boza should change it's name to "Bolsover near Chesterfield" as it always seems to be described that way.

Apparently he'd been on a few episodes this week and done ok.

Loved it when he said he was a self employed distributor from bolsover near chesterfield...since leaving our place he's done a betterware round!!
