As the England team is the international side for the England and Wales Cricket Board I would think that they do. Wales (unlike Scotland) has no status at international level.

Mates down there till Sunday.
Summary ......
Pitch is a pudding and although its been a decent days cricket the pitch was not upto Ashes standard.
Think it might have been done on purpose to nullify the speed of Starc and Johnson

Me and some mates are booked in on day 5. £26 I think it was. A day on't sauce even if there is little or no cricket (and you get your money back I think if there is no cricket at all). £91 is scandalous; seems telling that Edgbaston still isn't totally sold out.

I had a tenner on us at 3/1 to win the first test, more out of blind optimism than anything else but I certainly fancy my chances now.

But wow.
Cook: intelligent and pragmatic captaincy.
His team: disciplined and authoritative yet embracing raw talent.
Bell: runs when he needed them.
Joe Root: it's 'Boy's Own' stuff.
The Aussies: really? Seriously? Johnson - wayward bowling and only two wickets. Haddin - dropped catches and no longer the batting saviour. Starc - courageous but injured. Rogers - fifty but no century...again. Watson - constant LBW candidate.
Suddenly the best in the world are looking decidedly ordinary.

If someone had said, two months ago, that one of these sides would've won comfortably, within four days, whilst the other would have question marks next to key figures, then everyone would've expected it to be Australia.

Haddin apparently out for personal reasons but it wouldn't surprise me if he had of been dropped anyway, Watson hasn't performed as well as you'd really expect from him.
Aus off to a good start though.
