Must have something to get fixed up almost straight away.
Although, I have no idea where Frickley are, league wise, in relation to Buxton.

Dissapointing
Doesn't seem to be progressing
He looked very confortable at level playing for Matlock last season.

I think he is out of contract, didn't he sign a longish contract shortly after PC took over, probably expires in summer 2015
Still can't understand why he isn't above NPL standard

He's technically a very good player, with lots of pace. I think this is about whether he is going to achieve the physical strength that's required. Frickley sounds like the kind of place that will put hairs on his chest (and his ass).

He's had quite a few games at that level, he should be beyond the bum fluff stage by now

He should be way above Frickley's level by now. Dropping down in quality from Buxton is hardly promising.

The only ominous thing for Broadhead is that he can't get a better club than Frickley in the final year of his contract

How does it?
Given his experience when we signed him, he was always in front of Broadhead surely??
Hopefully another player Port Vale will be gutted to have let go, that we've benefitted from!

What experience is that then? He didn't make Vale's first team did he? Broadhead has made ours. Raglan's experience was in the same league that Jack has played most of the last season and a half on loan.

I agree, but he might be a late developer. Sheff Utd have got much older youngsters nobody has heard of. PC has got to be thinking in terms of using scarce resources to bring on Maguire though, so it's a problem.

Over 80 senior games prior to joining us
Broadhead isn't close to half that, is he?
Edit: Broadhead making our first team is as much about us being forced in to it (apart from the Hartlepool cameo) as opposed to him forcing his way in.

I think he might have to do a Raglan and play lower and try to develop his game because I think he's miles off at the moment - not sure I agree with your 'pace and technique'assessment either.
