Been trying for a while now to renew mu membership card - however I don't seem to be able to get it to work.

When I log into my account, I get this text:

Membership 2015/2016

Price Type: MEMBERSHIP £11.00▲▼£11.00 27/07/16

Please Note:
You already have a Membership 2015/2016 membership that will expire on 01/06/2016. What would you like to do?

Add this as the RENEWAL of my old membership [x]
Add this as a separate membership [ ]

But then when you press "Add to Basket", I get:

Error:

Unable to renew membership. Reason: According to the membership period definitions, membership expires before it begins!

Am I missing something here? Anyone else had success renewing online?

Isn't the issue that you're trying to renew after the expiry date of the original membership? Perhaps if you try and buy a new membership it will work.

Short of that, no idea!

Just had a look, doesn't look like 2016/2017 membership is available yet. On ticket website it says membership 2015/2016. Will tweet the club

Think they get you in that points system thing they were supposed to be introducing this season?

Don't have a season ticket this season but still plan on going to most home games so thinking of getting one to save hassle printing tickets off.

I won't be getting to every game now I'm a single father half the week and my lady who sold me her comp each game for a tenner now doesn't get them.
