i would keep tommy lee (fingers crossed for his return to fitness), i'd try to keep hird and would keep evatt who will still be good in league 2, as for rest I would look to clear as much out as possible and start again. let Caldwell build a team. sadly as others have pointed to, the on field issues are the least of our concerns at the moment.

I suspect they are Caldwell's signings but not first choice so to speak. I can't begin to think of director of football saying here you are - here's what your're having. He spoke highly of Brown - he looks lightweight.

First choice or not - and its only guesswork to suggest they are not - he has made a raft of poor signings when we needed just A few good ones.

Apparently, he spoke to Rowett regarding Brown and I assume he signed through his recommendation

Fair enough.
I did talk to my mate who works for Birmingham as a scout and he said he was a good player. Obviously, the toughness required in L1/L2 are to much for these kids in the reserves

If we had strong players throughout the team Brown might be able to shine. Might. But we have a rabble with too many lightweights

You've worked him out after the whole hour of football he's played for us?

Grimshaw was poor again today with no encouraging signs of any improvement.

Don't agree cutting off your nose to spite your face so to speak. Still have to turn up and let them know different ways. As for you are convinced they are having your money - strong words my friend.

You keep advocating that we trot along, like sheep, but 'let them know in different ways'.

So how are you 'letting them know'? Are you organising any kind of protest? Any banners or, say, red card demonstrations?

You'll have to explain exactly how handing over more and more of our money is gonna force anyone out.

Born in Dudley, has he ever heard of that famous son of Dudley, Duncan Edwards. If he was only half as good as Duncan was he would be a Premiership player. Reece actually comes from a really tough area of Dudley (Wrens Nest Estate) so he ought to have that in his character, lets hope so. As a side note has any-one seen Christian Dennis' interview on Player, he seems genuine upset towards the end of the interview about losing. Wish others were as well.

The solution is for DA to sell for a reasonable amount. Not sure how that happens though.

2 years worth of wasted wages and won't last 2 minutes against the cloggers in league 2. Release.

Why release Tommy? If your keeping Jones and Martinez who have both been injured since time immemorial then surely Tommy deserves another chance as well?

IF they hadn't been injured but fact is they HAVE Been injured and unfortunately with the tube of injuries they have had I think it's best we thank them for their time with us and wish them well for the future, it's time to off-load and start afresh
