Clearly Lindricks didn't last long at CFC 2001 Limited- as Shorts do all the management accounts now.

Something has just dawned on me, given that FBT are nothing to do with CFC Football Development School Ltd, why are they offering to pay up the parents and scholars who are owed money? Where is the money coming from to fund these refunds?

The £8,595.14 that Short's reckon CFC owes the Development School should make a hole in it.
It's nice to be able to Trust again.

so was I at 28 and I probably knew the rules on knocking accounts together better than I do now - but now I would be much better at asking awkward questions to understand the numbers....

If I was DA I would get one of the firms in that specialises in football (Deloitte and BDO if I remember correctly) and let them report on the numbers versus an anonymous database of clients they have worked with. Be a bit pricey but should give some real insight into where the club is out of kilter with others of similar size and standing.

But they know all this and havent done it so you have to say they think they know better!

With you all the way, and, as regards benchmarking, what I and Freelander have been preaching for a good time now.

If the Development school owe parents £8,595.14 and CFC owe the Development School £8,595.14 then that is pure coincidence.

Yup, spot on.

Just as no one else knew about 'Rafflegate', Sutcliffe was solely responsible for events over the road and Chris Turner really did have something so important to do he couldn't make the AGM...

AC was to speak with Hegarty yesterday.

1. AC says because CFC wil refuse to co-operate with them in future if they don't.<

Yet further contradictions.

At the fans' forum on 09/11/16, did AC give the clear indication that CFC would be taking the necessary steps to disassociate itself from the IA?

This was uploaded on 15/02/17.

https://www.slidesha...demy-prospectus

Page 6 makes for an interesting read, especially the names, Myles Wright, Davis Keillor-Dunn & Jake Orrell.

Take Jake Orrell as an example, he joined CFC as a trialist on 29/06/15, he travelled to Portugal with the first team squad on 12/07/15 and he was offered a professional contract by Dean Saunders in Portugal. Orrell's signing was announced by the club on 22/07/15.

Chris, Liam & Ashley,

What part did CFCFDS play in Orrell's development?

Don't know about Jake, but what's obvious from that picture is that CFCFDS should have paid Myles Wright a weekly fee for image rights. He's a very attractive specimen, model material.

The piece clearly states that Jake Orrell was, in large case, 'A PRODUCT OF THE ACADEMY'.

However to back-up 'F2's' timeline there's absolutely no mention of CFCFDS on his Wiki' page: https://en.wikipedia...iki/Jake_Orrell

Then Chris Turner's own words appear to give further lie to such claims: http://www.derbyshir...field-1-7372881

Have these people learned nothing over the last year or more?

The prospectus looks nicely put together as a PowerPoint but as a Btec college course which is all it is with the use of a gym I'd avoid at all costs!
3 X S&C sessions a week and football on top and "free gym time" 2hours per night.

Nah that's nonsense.

It appears that constant lies and contradictions are the only things we hear from our board.
How can we be expected to believe anything they say?

It seems AC and co we're doing a decent job of pushing this thread further out of sight.

So, have the parents been reimbursed by FBT? And what's the situation with sutcliffe? Why does he still feature on the FBT site? And in their promo vid?

The scholars I know haven't been paid yet. Just have to wait and see I guess.
No idea why he's still on the face of things either. If everyone knew exactly what had been going on he'd be removed immediately.

I wonder if Chris actually realised at the time what a can of worms he was opening when he started this thread!

At 10:30 yesterday, there was a creditors' meeting at the offices of Booth & Co in Ossett concerning CFC Football Development School Ltd. Acting as proxies for creditors, some members of this messageboard attended the meeting with an insolvency practitioner which 60s / 70s Spireite kindly organised.

Ironically, the meeting itself was in severe doubt on late Tuesday afternoon as the liquidator's fees had not been guaranteed!

The pages below are the key parts of the director's reports which creditors received yesterday. If anyone has any questions, we will do our best to answer them.
