This bloke just gets smarter and smarter.............

Asked about how he rates Mansfield.......

They are up there but they should be with the budget

They have spent a fortune on wages

They supporters will be expecting to win

They should be up there with the wages they are paying

We are not worried about it being a local derby we are realishing it

So to summarise, remains calm, players are in a good place, the pressure is on Mansfield, spent big, big budget, expecterd to win, should be up there etc etc

Its almost Mourhinio esque

Great mind games ;)

Yeah but we are one of the biggest budgets in the league as well according to AC so by that definition we are massively underachieving.
If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything!

I'm sure AC mentioned it was a "top six" budget but I'm happy to be corrected otherwise. And yes massively underachieving until a certain manager was belatedly shown the door!
East stand second class citizen.

my favourite part though was when the interviewer refered to jack having had success in this fixture as a player, jack chuckled and said "ye I had some fun with this fixture", don't know what it was about that that I liked, just did.
