Is that the same Kellet that signed for Man U on loan out the blue from Bolton?

It's not Les Kellet by any chance is it

Not going to lie, had to look this geezer up. Turns out he trained Jimmy Saville as a wrestler.

Let's be frank, Gary hardly has a track record for picking/dropping players solely based on performance and ability.

For all we know, Flores could have simply questioned Gc's tactics or team selection

Much like Dan Jones did then.

Why is a player of Dan Jones's pace, physique, and control playing in L2?. Because he has a problem with his positional play and decision making. Don't matter who the manager is.

Despite regularly playing in L1 with Sheffield Wednesday, Port Vale and Chesterfield in the play offs, plus a number of loan spells in the third tier while at Wolves.

I suspect his injury record, much more than his positional sense, has seen his employment opportunity restricted to L2 for this season.

Admirable as your defence of Caldwell is, there's no need to stretch the truth to the point of discrediting a former player and dismissing his time in the third tier.
A new hope.

I have neither discredited nor dismissed him. I've listed what I think his limitations are.

He can't really defend. If he could he'd have had a top career.

That lad can play. Be good to see a fit Rowley getting on the end of his passes.
