Mark, I also requested at the last AGM that the format of the agenda could include shareholders questions. That was a reasonable request and gives the board time to research any questions that need answers. As long as the questions revolve around the financial year then it should be a formality for Ashley to agree to.

Every AGM I have sat on over the last 30 years have always included questions presented by shareholders or stakeholders where notification should be sent out prior to the agenda being decided.

A lot of questions that were asked last year were closed down by the chairman which I found unacceptable.

Rob,

I've drawn AC's attention to this thread in the event he wished to comment either directly or through me but he has nothing to add.

I did push to ask if there was still a plan to list suppliers and spend and was told whilst there will be a lot more detail on costs it won't go that far which is the norm

I wonder if Ashley has responded to serious advice from the CEO that from now on he keeps his gob shut and his typing finger in his pocket?
Get it on, bang the gong , get it on

Moondog - looking at the start of this thread Ashley had originally agreed to Zorro's request, any idea why he has now done a u-turn?
