It's 5% of the "profit" made from a £10 million fee, not a straight 10 million. So ten million, minus our transfer.

It did with folans move to hull. We paid leeds a percentage so i would expect the same to happen with clucas

How can Clucas be worth 12 when Hughes is only worth 8? I'm gobsmacked that the Rams have accepted such a low amount.

Yep, a full range of opinion on their message board with a thread running to 194 pages in little more than a fortnight since there was a whiff of him leaving. A lot seem stunned by the low fee but at the same time have a lot of faith in the manager. The official announcement says 'undisclosed with a sell on'.
