Got my ticket for Orient this morning, really looking forward to the start of the season now. I predict a scorching hot day, and a Sam Morsy header to win it for the Spireites!

About 5 of us are going, along with a London Spireite and a couple of his interested colleagues.

I'll be there - need to pick up my ticket when I'm in Town this weekend. Will get the train down from the Midlands and tube-it to somewhere near the ground. Can't wait really - this close season seems to have dragged unbearably, even given the World Cup being on.

This is my local team and was looking forward to this one more than any other but unfortunately for me I'll be out of the country so can't go. Parking around Leyton can be very difficult. I'd advise either parking in Wanstead or better still Snaresbrook (not Leytonstone) and getting the underground 2 stops to Leyton. The best pub by some distance is the Birkbeck Tavern in Leyton but I believe there are parking restrictions. The Coach & Horses on Leyton High Rd is the designated away fans pub about 100 metres from the ground. You wouldn't make it your local but it's OK for a drink before the game.

I'd suggest getting someone to pick up your ticket before the weekend as the club doesn't open on non match day Saturday's

Yeah - I can read opening times and won't be using them to have a petty bash at the club, thanks.

My old man is going to collect it (and renew my membership) tomorrow, so all should be good!

It wasn't really a bash, more a warning. There will be people who assume the club will be open, and after tonight there won't be any open time outside weekdays 9-5 before the game.

There *will* be people who turn up to buy tickets / go to the shop on Saturday.
