We’ve got two good goalkeepers now, surely a dig at Letheren. Probably deserved.

Definitely a dig. Ah well. Said to my mates after Solihull that you don’t get promoted from this league with Letheren as first choice.

If Letheren has left the club as it seems he wouldn’t be included.

I thought I'd misheard but he definitely said that, didn't he? They must learn things on the advanced coaching courses that we mere mortals aren't ready to know

Yes he did. I’m not claiming to know any ‘in house’ football lingo but I’m surprised he’s come out with something so casually that I’ve never heard in 30+ years of watching and attending football.

I'm afraid.."in the building" is one that I find cringeworthy.

I don’t know. I’d got something circular in mind. I’ll ask him on Twitter if we can’t find the answer.

Interesting that the "no comment" about Letheran wasn't included in the club's version of the interview.

Another new football speak was "a big W" but at least the meaning of that is an obvious one.

Especially if he was watching films with German men with perms and big moustaches set in '70s apartment blocks!

We don’t want to have any big ‘D’ after the big ‘W’.
