Now adapting to take on the heavy stuff for the team. Competing for headers, holding hairy assed defenders at bay, intelligent lay offs. Awesome. I think we have the best front 2 in the league. Don't matter what happens elsewhere on the pitch.

One of the other two will get injured and be out for two months at least!

And, I thought Stefan Payne played his part in the final few minutes after he came on for Danny Boy.

We were getting deeper before he came on but that changed with his substitution.

If Asante can eventually regain the form he was showing before his injury we have 4 forwards with different styles supplemented by young Tyson.

Do you think he adapting? He’s been doing it for years at this level. He is no delicate flower

Rowe is top quality ain’t he, as others have said he’s always had it and has been doing it for years. However I definitely agree that his work rate now for the team seems to be off the scale in comparison to what we’ve seen from him previous… and for that, you have to give James Rowe credit as that’s down to his coaching

Love watching them two together, and I cannot wait to see Asante back into the mix.. that fire power will be frightening

Danny Rowe had a rising shot in the second half just after Mandeville had hit the top of the bar with another fine effort from just inside the box

If Rowes shot had hit the net the net would have landed somewhere near the Tesco petrol station lol

Overall I thought that was Danny Rowes most influential match because he contributed more to the team pattern with his workrate

I do, yep.
He sat on his backside and watched Payne put some really effective work in for the team, and he's cottoned on that he has to provide similar output. It's even a possibility that he wouldn't get picked if he didn't, but he has.

Mandeville effort was the closest thing I’ve seen to Craig Davies effort in 10 years!

and i know he's not likely to play much if any part this season but big dents is still our player too offering a totally different weapon to any of the others.
wow just think we are 2nd with jut the bare bones available, if we had a fully fit and available squad well we can only speculate i suppose

Oyeleke was my MOM too. Phenomenal work rate, did the simple things really well, and broke up play on countless occasions..

Well chuffed with DR scoring at home.
