The Unforgiven Match Thread.

The match, reflecting on last season when Garrard called a time out and minutes later our best player, on the day was taken out of the game and a few weeks.
Should we be worried that the brains amongst the Borehamwood coaches will be looking at our injury list and be thinking if they lose another 2 or 3 players they'll be f....d.

Good decision, we require at least a weeks worth of vitriol towards this pitiful boring club.

The only problem is of course that the more vitriol that is unleashed in the build up to the game, the more chance there is of some hot headed idiot taking the law into his (or her) own hands again and we have the consequences of another pitch invasion, or worse, to suffer.
Better to play it low key, do not give the “Unforgiven” the air time he craves, and just let the boys concentrate on sticking five of the best past him.

Think you’re overstating both the importance and the number of people who read this forum a tad chap.

Our morons don't need to read this forum to continue acting moronically. They'll get more and more wound up the longer we're level, (or losing). The best thing that could happen is for us to score a couple in the first half then a couple more early in the second half. If it stays level for a long time, or they go ahead, the tension will build up.

Just let’s get this over with hopefully 3 points and another step to never playing these again

Vile Club.

They will come and dive, dive in, cheat and spoil.
So we need to get the ball down and in the net early and often.

I sent David Conn an email about it after Garrard admitted cheating by stopping the game for tactical reasons. I still think it was a scandal despite it happening below FL level. Conn didn't even reply. Maybe I should have emailed Gregor!

The man who'll probably be under as much pressure trying to get the dugouts to abide by the 'Queensbury Rules', the 4th official, only appears to have officiated in one NL game this season (4th official), good luck to him.
