Contact the club.

Seem to remember there is/was a small charge for a replacement

I think it's £20 to cancel your old card and issue a replacement

Adam is a good lad who does his best.dealing with obnoxious, stroppy and demanding people can’t be easy. He more than likely did his job properly, maybe there is something wrong with the process. It’s not his fault your tickets were lost in the first place.

Wasn't obnoxious wasn't stroppy or any of your assumptions. Adam said they had been done when I checked up later after ordering and we're ready for collection. Me losing them has nothing to do with anything neither has whether he's a nice person or whether hes doing his best. Was told they had been done and they hadn't. End of.

You have a dim view of the general public. With very few exceptions people are kind, polite and well-mannered in almost all situations.
