Even more disgusting than the horrible Qatar world cup some brain box at FIFA said fans want a world cup every two years. I'd love to know who they asked because I definitely wouldn't want a world cup every two years it would ruin it, but then again money talks louder.

Where's Black Lives Matter when you need them 🤔

TBF, oldgoat has got a point. If footballers are so passionately supporting the lives of black people, this is THE perfect time to make a stand and boycott the WC, is it not?

I mean, 6500 deaths...6500. Let that sink in. One career, violent criminal and the world erupted (not that it was justified; then again, neither was a statue in honour of him); 6500 deaths from the 'BAME' community and......nowt, not even a tweet from the 'usual suspects'.

If CPS and EOC watch it; well, to quote a well known forlok tugger, "they'll have blood on their hands".

Would they be the 'BAME Community' over there? They're just people. Not a labelled minority within their own country.

If you could do it there’d be a danger of snapping more than just those.

Talking of knowing, you are still to comment on points asked of you on the 'officals' thread you originated.

So, you don't think you'll be a hypocrite if you watch it? You don't think the England footballers and especially Southgate will be hypocrites if they attend the tournament?

Actually, being so vociferous about supporting the economic migrants crossing The Channel, BLM and taking the knee, etc; I'm somewhat surprised (not remotely surprised) that you've (and EOC) not been campaigning for a boycott of the WC. How odd 🤔✊🏾🏳️‍🌈👳🏿‍♂️

And wow! This is a 'lefty' paper I've used for my source.

If you do watch it and don't back a boycott, It'll make an absolute mockery of everything you've said on the above issues I've highlighted.

Don't worry, though; EOC will listen to James O'Brien, who'll come up with some diatribe to discredit those questioning your stance and excuse the hypocrisy of it, and he'll save you both.

Holding the tournament in Qatar was always a stupid idea. Football isn't even that popular in the Middle-East. If they wanted to have the tournament in that general area of the world they should have had it in Turkey.

F1 announces its first Grand Prix in Qatar this November with amnesty International urging drivers to speak out against the human rights abuses there.
Be interesting to see if any of them do!

The Qataris seem to have shot thenselves in the foot with this on. Lashing out the billions to try to buy some repectability has only drawn the world's attention to the lack of it.
And led to the question of why FIFA, in a game absolutely awash with money, had to go fishing for a few more bucks from a regime so careless of human life.

What are the agenda then of the owners of PSG, Man Citeh and now the Geordie boys? Let alone Emirates airline who sponsor the shirts of a host of top teams across Europe as well as Arsenal.
