Not made one league appearance this year. Taking nothing away from Tendayi, but with the TV money Burnley will be reaping this summer, they will likely as not bring in up to a half dozen new players, and you can see Tendayi being loaned out to a Championship club to give him game time next season.

Was always bought as cover when Matt got injured early/pre season....did well for them and never let them down upto Xmas while Matt recovered from his injury..played his part in their success ...no surprise to lose his place ...injured or not ...kept Matt out for a few games even when he had recovered and fit...he will be a premiership player irrespective next season and reap all the benefits that brings....well done Dychy and well done Dave.

don't think darikwa will be going anywhere either.
think its been a case of while ever you play well the shirts yours with him & lowton. lowton had it til he got injured then tendayi had it til h was inj & lowton played well so kept it til end of season.

we can do better than Anderson next season!

We'll take your recommendations with a pinch of salt. I mean introducing Dirty Den!

Wasn't it the case that when we played them in a friendly Dyche decided Darikwa was better than Lowton which was why he signed him.

If he is going to go out on loan next year, I'd have him back at town in a flash! ;)

Great to see Dyche succeeding again. Burnley deserve it after being patient and not looking elsewhere when relegated.

Dyche is not the Ginger Mourinho. Mourinho is the Arsey Dyche.

Remember is first game for us, me thinks he scored from halfway if wrong someone will tell me. Always going to be a winner, who else could tame Barton.Well done Dyche

Wasn't that Andy Rolph? Dyche came in as a ball-winning type midfielder, struggled awfully with injuries, only started looking good when McMenemy deployed him as a right wing-back but once Johnny D had used him as a centre-back during an injury crisis, Dyche never looked back. Colossus.
These go to eleven.

He hit the crossbar at the cross street end with a shot from the edge of the area. The ball went straight up in the air. I don't think I have ever seen, before or since, a ball reach the altitude that that one did.

Honorary mention in despatches to Billy Mercer there too, obviously had a massive hand (no pun intended) in Tom Heaton being voted the Championship keeper of the season.
