I think the club should extend the deadline at least til after the game next Saturday or after the final game. As it stands we aren't buying STs because L1 football won't be guaranteed before April 29, and we aren't buying STs at the post EB price. Anyone else caught in the same trap? I'm not spitting my dummy out here, we made a decision about this a while back. Bringing forward the EB deadline was wrong.

It's just another way the higher echelons of the club are distancing fans from the club.

Totally unacceptable trying to mug the fans off

They don't deserve any season tickets to be bought.

I would suggest the deadline was brought forward in case we are relegated.

Obviously but that was wrong imo. Cynical, and maybe immoral! Folk should know what level of football they are paying to watch.

Agreed, but unfortunately we're dealing with a businessman not a football fan.

And a very poor businessman when it comes to running a football club it seems.

It just goes to show how far back this club has gone in the past 12 months.....treat the fans like shizzle & expect them to carry on as normal...not just that, but pay for a season ticket that's the highest in the bottom two leagues & some championship clubs.

Have we actually anything from CT & DA this season???

I'll be surprised if we sell 3500 season tickets this year!!

It won't make much of a difference so late on - the majority of those getting their ticket will have done so.

The whole exercise is to offset buying your ticket before it is clear which div we will be playing in.

It's a pity they weren't so savy on the financial front sooner, it could alternatively be cash flow problems.

You reckon? One look on social media and the vast majority seem to be sill deciding on what to do or have already decided against one. Can't blame them. Might set a few alarm bells ringing hopefully

I'd have more sympathy for them if they came out and opened up with a honest account of how things actually are and what's happening; whereas the only time we hear from them is indirectly when they are not happy with comments on here or laying the blame at the fans feet for the financial mess that's all their doing. Well until they stop looking down on us with utter contempt and start being more open and frank then they are done with my money. They are becoming a real joke now and I'm quickly losing the respect I had for them. I just want my football club back, as at this moment it doesn't feel like it belongs to me anymore... They sure know how to alienate the paying customer and then wonder why they can't turn a profit.

Exactly my position. It's dawned on me since the end of the match that as things stand I won't be having one next year as I decided some time ago not to pay more than the £365 EB price and neither will I pay that for L2 football.

The problem for the club is when people do vote with their feet it takes a while to get them back again.

I'm out
This time
For God's sake Allen
You've not had a bad deal out of this
The land cost nothing it was gifted
The build in construction is always inflated allegedly as you well know allegedly show the figures or blame everyone else Barry, allegedly fans allegedly
You moan about the council loan allegedly and then offer to write off the same amount thanks for that.show the figures I've always been happy to have someone get free land at the expense of council tax payers never have done allegedly
We all wish that that we get gifted land to build a catering operation making a good profit and a Football Club that should be being as though we flogged players for a certain amount you tell me
You're allowing your appointed CEO to use his position as CFC CEO to have outside businesses and use the name Of CFC
And to use the name of the Club in his business dealings allegedly
You own the Stadium, so effectively you should own the Club allegedly
You don't because the Club is ours, it's been ours for over nearly 150 Years, it's our heartbeat it's our town it has been before DB and all that. And I'm sure whatever you might have planned,it still will be for many years
I'm sure you will blame the fans
But it's not the fans Dave
This time it's you and the board
And your decisions what have caused this farce of a season
not the Fans
No more blame
No more scapegoats

If we stay in league one we arein for a struggle next year, if we go down (we won't) then we will do better and will certainly win more games. What's your dilemma?
