£7 million for him to Leicester!!! That'd be spectacularly good for us.

What we got, 30%?
£6.35 million over the initial outlay = £1.9 million to us? Can't see Burnley wanting to lose him for £4.5 million.
Pure speculation though and any monies goes to the running of the club.

Yep - it'd plug another leak for a good few weeks.

I've only heard of two strong/realistic rumours involving players coming it. RB/RW Tendayi Darikwa from t' Burnley and Demarai Gray LW from Birmingham. They both play in positions we don't have much cover for and with Jeff out, we really do need another LW. Gray has been linked with mid table teams like Liverpool Southampton and Spurs and he is only 19, so I'm guessing he would be around the £5M+ mark. If anyone is leaving I pretty sure it would have already been sorted, giving us time to get replacements in. Just no deadline day deals please!!! Sky's attempt to make it a big deal out of deadline day is just so tacky and unprofessional.

I suppose the thing is the sell on clause and I would expect Burnleys reluctance to sell what is for them an asset.
CT said it was a big sell on for TD, I'd guess 30-40%. So saying he went for around 700k even a sale of £5M would only get Burnley a profit of just over 2million, would that really benefit them. After all they're still getting the parachute payments. Got to be 7plus million for their benefit surely?

Lifted from the Burnley forum.
Interesting mix of names. Not Lansbury or Driver as yet!
Source from inside the club, Burnley are preparing to go for Sheffield Wednesday Centre Back Sam Hutchinson Burnley are in for Aiden McGeady.
Also looking at Lewis Kinsella at Villa.
Josh Windass going to Burnley in January - already agreed, million plus fee! Horses mouth and all that this one, literally all done already.
...........................
And out rumours....
Brighton want to sign Burnley's George Boyd for £1m Nah!
Stoke will bid £5m for Tendayi Darikwa of Burnley in the Jaunary window. West Ham and Leicester City are also in for the right back. That would be handy! We can buy back Kieran Trippier!
Everton and Aston Villa are monitoring £15m-rated Burnley striker Andre Gray, 24, who began the season at Brentford and has scored 11 goals this term. A million a goal! He'll be worth 40m at the end of the season!

I know it's all message board bill hooks but if they let TD go for 5m given their parachute payments etc and his potential, it's akin to our Doyle give away.

At the AGM CT said it was a big sell on clause and that Burnley had looked after us in that respect, but the clue is in my comment..."I'd GUESS at 30-40%"..
