Evatt had a poor game but he's still a good player...... as long as he has pace next to him.

Evatt was woeful today. We all know he couldn't win a foot race if he was the only one in it but the problem today was Morrison dominated him physically and won most of the aerial battles aswell, areas where Evatt normally has the upper hand. Once they were taken away, he was done today.

Regarding the thread title, were Millwall a makeshift side today? Obviously Lee Gregory was missing but I'm slightly ignorant as to their 'best' starting XI. How many, Walton, were they missing?
We are missing our GK who's replacement has been heavily criticised today by yourself. We are missing our first choice LB who's replacement has been heavily criticised today by yourself.
I agree that both Fulton and Donahue were poor today, but the point being that the title suggests were were beaten by a second string team yet the players within our side targeted for criticism by yourself were, in fact, second string themselves.

Peak mentioned 4 games unchanged personnel like it was a good thing, gives you a settled side giving you continuity so to speak.
I've got news for them, the team picks itself because the bench is full of young inexperienced lads apart from Raglan I suppose.
Today we were outpaced at the back on many a time, But DW can't afford to experiment EVEN AT THIS STAGE OF THE SEASON.
God I hate this league.
