Saved a little on the food bill though! Look at it this way.. £600 per month saving on Morrison's wages and £400 quid a month off the food bill with SEB joining the Shrews, makes a £1000 per month wages available for a new signing

It's more than possible he did, but to smooth things over until January it'll be reported that he didn't, no problem with that really if it calms the waters.
