Just listened to the interview and Chris Turner saying we run a very professional football club, well I'm sorry but there was nothing professional about that interview and I think the buck stops with Mr Turner.

Now I have actually listened to it he's lucky if he doesn't end up on a disrepute charge of some form or another.

Phil for CEO

We need someone from outside the club to come in and run the place with an iron fist and go through it from top to bottom. It all appears from the outside to be all a little cushy

Having seen PT's post pigs will fly before that is going to happen?

That post is the most detailed explanation we are going to get from the club.

They even need Phil's advice on what to do about helping supporters to the rematch. It probably never occurred to them until they picked up on the vibes

I remember a game at Saltergate against the Bowels, we beat them 3-1 that day - their manager none other than Chris Turner, under real pressure at the time to get such a MASSIVE club out of the third tier. In particular the ironic chants from the Kop "Turner Out" - well I guess now the jokes on us, maybe time for a repeat of said chants?

That's a good one. Not sure anyone thinks CT went shopping whilst in London. I will remember that though. "Darling, I am just off 'shopping' this afternoon. I may go with several mates".

No, I think he popped in to sort the NATS computer glitch out.

Just heard it! To be honest speechless! We need 2 apologies now from Turner! One for the cock up and one for his embarrassing behaviour during the interview. I also think we need to hear from DA. The fans need some reassurance that as CT kept stating we are indeed a well ran professional football club! I don't particularly want to see anyone sacked, nobody has died but I'm not sure how CT can continue as CEO!

Goes with the territory. CT should have been expected, and been prepared for, giving an interview yesterday. Fobbing them off with 'We'll be giving a press conference tomorrow' would have been acceptable.

agreed or commenting after the FA have given their reasons would have been the more sensible approach for a man in his position

On the other hand it nice to know there isn't a blame culture at the club  .

Except when is comes to stadium build financial black holes, CBC loans, IT systems, failure to re-sign Craig Davies, poor attendances, etc. etc……...

Just listened to the interview. Quite frankly the most inept interview i've heard. I dread to think what kind of defence and line of argument was prepared for the meeting.

I cant really think of anything positive this man has done at the club. Failed concert, failed budget planning, failed administration.

3 strikes you're out Turner.
