Mark - without wishing to deviate from your original post, I was looking at this earlier and I thought there were some beautiful shots that t'internut can't give full justice to TPOTY

It is probably old hat to you but, I find this subject fascinating and inspiring and the exhibition is on at the moment so hoping to get there this year.

Yeah I've seen these, some really nice images, my favourite one being the cyclist riding toward the bridge. I'm not keen on over-processed images but that's just me and there are a few featured in the article. Just not my wet.

I visited the CWGC cemetery in Singapore a few years back. It's the only one I've visited and it was a truly sad but beautiful place and a fitting memorial to those that died.

This place is very similar TTFC. Well worth a visit. There's a gap in the memorial wall that was designed to allow the sun to shine through at the 11th hour on the 11th day of the 11th month.

Went there earlier this year. Only got to get round around half of it so we are going to return there at some point later in the year.

Same here, didn't get to see most of it. 154 acres apparently.
