So a season ticket holder for next season could potential miss out on Scabs away next season to a none season ticket holder Who gets a ticket because they went to today's game or have I misunderstood?

It's not, it's putting money aside in case crowds are low. He did say it's so we don't have to go to Allen. If crowds are up, then the money would be available in January
