PersonaIly I suspect the agreement to allow O'Shea to play has only come about since our relegation has been confirmed.

Still sticking 2 fingers up to the fans , as was sending the tickets back a week early .

Apparently, Carson is as annoyed and surprised as Caldwell about the situation....

Which means absoulutly nothing of course

As discussed elsewhere there seems to be a tangible attempt being made to blame everything and anything upon the former CEO.

Just as there was in terms of Sutcliffe, Fitzgerald and others who've left the Club for various reasons.

Hell, they couldn't even be straight about why the impeccably behaved Janice Kew is leaving.

But you're right; DA has run CFC via AC, they appointed and stood by these individuals, warnings have been appearing on this messageboard and in the wider media for well over a year yet we're now being told scandals and mismanagement are all a massive surprise to those in charge.

Yeah, right...

Someone's in charge ? Really ? lol.

Jeez allowing him to play at the time the deal was made is shocking

Stupid but not shocking, is say hardly surprising as everything about our club is amateurish.

Maybe if O'Shea had ANY feelings for the club currently paying his wages, he would ask not to be involved anyway.

So after all that it appears that Chris Wilder has done the decent thing and left Jay out of the squad today.

Interesting to hear Phil Tooley on radio today confirm that at the time of the loan deal he was told O'Shea would not be allowed to play against us.

Wonder if the clause was something like 'JOS can only play today if CFC have already been relegated'.

Perhaps more 'if United needed the win for the Championship'. It's a win win if that was the case. Sheff Utd win the league and we get paid because of their win!

Comical carson tweeted it was part of the loan agreement that Jay couldn't play today. So why did Caldwell think otherwise ?

One of the Tories' election smears is talking of a 'coalition of chaos'.

Didn't know Caldwell, Carson and Turner were standing...

Communication hasn't been a strong point at the club lol. It's a bit like whether Hird could play or not to trigger his new contract. One party said one thing and another the opposite. The only word that describes our club is "shambles" top to bottom.

But didn't Carson tweet earlier in the week expressing his disappointment at O'Shea being allowed to play ?
