Well I can't see many objecting to his first decision to let Armand go out on loan

He's full of praise for all the players but admits we are unbalanced. I think he's going to make some tough decisions between now and the end of Jan transfer window

I'd be prepared to move Humphreys, Boco, O'Shea out to generate some leeway. It's also evident to me that there's an obvious difference in class between an £11k a week CH and Hirdy. As we almost certainly can't tempt Georg, it's time to invest in a top left sided L1 CH on appropriate wages. Get that position/player right and we'd be a top team.
With the greatest respect to humphries a model pro and a player who could be considered a role model he was not going to be much use this season , regardless of his high standards of fitness father time has caught up with him and the game is too fast, Boco is also a likeable sort but in the system we play it's quality that counts , which includes having flair and technical ability I think boco is not a gifted enough player to take us forward, another player who has to make the step up quickly is Gardner he has the physique to be good but he needs to produce.

That's the most inaccurate and pointless thread I've read in a long time..... Congratulations.....O'Shea didn't even play at PV.

Also sounds like he may drop Johnson for one of our own tomorrow

You are right about Gardner. I'm no expert but he looks in his absolute prime and if he can't do it then it won't be for that reason.

if johnson has no chance of being a cfc player we need to blood our own in banks Gardner need proper minutes we cannot polish villa lads up and leave our own rotting.

Has anyone else seen Roberts tweet about not being there tomorrow? It's in response to someone asking for his shirt. Not sure if he means not in town or not playin tomorrow?!

What I find odd is that he acknowledges we lose something when we go 4-4-2, as per Saturday. Yet he still did it even knowing it!

Only just seen it, but I said yesterday he'd felt his hamstring, whether Cook has said all players are fit or not

It reads as though he won't be at the game at all.
I took PC's comment that he wants the fans to stick with him, that he's about to make one or two potentially unpopular decisions.
Maybe a fans favourite out on loan??

PC was clearly a little more considered than usual, I think he realises that this squad is almost there but isn't quite there and that something else is needed. Enjoyed the chat (that said, generally do) but I feel we're in for some exciting times.
