As much as I love the fact that Mansfield have ballsed a promotion up big style, I’m finding it hard to gloat.
They’ve just missed out on going up from the division above the one we’ve struggled in for most part this season.

Sad, sad times.

Funny enough I’m not finding it hard to gloat. In fact just off to the wine cooler for another bottle.

Had to smile at seeing the CFC twitter account ‘like’ various tweets about Mansfield’s defeat.

Most sensible post on this thread. The gloating should wait until we're above them, not miles below.

Just because we've had a torrid time of it this last few years doesn't mean we can't laugh our arses off at the stain, in fact I think we deserve a good chuckle at someone else's expense for a change! Unlucky scabs, always next year :D
I just don't know what I'm supposed to be

They had a go a few years later too. In fact the penalty from that day has orbited Saturn just this week.

Not very often I look forward to going in to work but tomorrow will be sheer joy. Oh how they’ve had this coming with the season we’ve had.

I didn't see the game but reports suggest Newport should have been home and hosed by half time. There's obviously a lot of work for tubby Radford and Flitters to do to get them up. Another £3m should do it.
