Just instinct and being fully switched on. In the moment it’s brilliant quick thinking and don’t under estimate the finish either.

There's an awful lot of people with an inherent dislike of Liverpool and their supporters (I'm not one of them) but how anyone could not acknowledge the brilliance of the players and fans tonight would be beyond me.
There is no other stadium in world football like Anfield on a night such as tonight... Spine tingling...
As for TAA - Genius

This is a special Liverpool team. They are only an unbelievable Man City team away from being one of the best.

The premier league battle with city has been like nothing else..the points tally they have now would have won the league a month ago & doubt City will slip up.
Winning the Champions League would be a nice reward for a fantastic season

What a fantastic night.
The sacking or indeed resignation of the Barca manager must follow shortly. I'm not sure Coutinho touched the ball in the entire match. Full backs no longer world class. Suarez can only succeed by cheating.

Means we have to listen to even more crap from Klopp now. Ironically Origi wouldn’t have got a kick if Salah had been fit

Klopp is great. Just how everyone playing Football Manager imagines they would be, I reckon.

Some things stick in your mind and that "I promise I shan't celebrate at Anfield when we win / I score" quote put me in mind of Malcolm McDonald of Newcastle bragging before the 74 cup final...
(I enjoyed Suarez' handball goal v the Slags, mind.)

Alba is world class (imo - perhaps he had a stinker last night, I only saw the last goal) but Roberto is miles from.
What a Liverpool team. So hard not to get on the bandwagon when they’re doing stuff like that.

Helped immensely by the ball boy passing him the ‘rmulti ball’ rather than the ball that had just dribbled out of play. Barca players seemingly waiting for the original ball to get to TAA. Reminiscent of the now removed video of the Botafago ball girl making a goal as seen in the the viral video in 2012.(wasn’t she awarded assist of the season...?)
Superb by TAA to be able to see the opportunity in the heat of the moment.

Indeed. Great bit of quick thinking. Can’t wait to see more of him in an England shirt, hopefully once Walker eventually starts declining TAA will be our first choice RB for many years. Just wish Andy Robertson was English (but Chilwell looks good too tbf).
