It's not time for him to turn up, it's time for him to fornicate off and take his lapdog with him!

I believe it as to be used as a sports arena. No such thing as only for league football.

My guess st the master plan..... relegated to none league. No investment. Club falter. Club liquidated DA owns stadium. “Dear Council, I can let u buy the stadium etc and you can develop to fit in with nice canal side development or I can let the equivalent of clay cross town play and the stadium rots slowly spoiling the view...” ?

I'd be inclined to suggest that if DA gave the club away at Christmas it would be a decision that would incur no personal loss of wealth.

Are you able to confirm a local consortium proposed a bid for £12m only for the price subsequently to be raised to £15m therefore ending their interest?

On good authority.

Let's be clear on the £15m price tag, it isn't an asking price, it's a keep away price.

The club is virtually worthless as it stands.

I believe that to be true.

I also believe there has never been any intention to sell.

If I was to post my honest opinion I'd probably be receiving either legal threats or unwelcome doorstep visitors like a former well respected member of this board.

Sooner or later the brown stuff will hit the fan at CFC.

Personally I think it will be sooner.

Having part-followed this unravelling mess behind the scenes and obviously on the pitch, surely someone in DA's position should start attending matches and give an interview. Whether or not he's liked by whoever, whenever, however, wherever, whatever, and whether or not he feels he can do as he likes on a Saturday afternoon, there are going to have to be some big decisions made over the next 6-8 months. I'm not one who wants him to 'stay away dee daah' and all that rubbish. It's about time he came back and offered an explanation to fans and what he intends to do. It's all hands to the pumps now and DA should at least make his presence felt.

No it won’t because the fans have as much bottle to stand up and fight as the players.

Any other club in country and there would be hell to play

Your last sentence: he's certainly done that.

The man is scum. Fortunately, I never trusted him from day one. The end of season one at the b2net said everything I needed to know.

I think the reason the fans, as a whole, aren’t rising up in anger against DA is because, away from this board, no one is really aware. They just see a mismanaged club going down the pan and don’t understand what’s actually going on.
We really need a journalist to start digging - Graham at the DT would be a start - to establish exactly what is (or isn’t) happening.
