Every AGM I have sat on over the last 30 years have always included questions presented by shareholders or stakeholders where notification should be sent out prior to the agenda being decided.
A lot of questions that were asked last year were closed down by the chairman which I found unacceptable.

I've drawn AC's attention to this thread in the event he wished to comment either directly or through me but he has nothing to add.
I did push to ask if there was still a plan to list suppliers and spend and was told whilst there will be a lot more detail on costs it won't go that far which is the norm
