I just wonder if Keith Hill is too experienced and opinionated to fit into the setup here.

He doesn't strike me as being the type of individual who would welcome input from above on a daily basis.

Seemed to be, his assistant did the pre match interview in the week and post match, but after a quick look now on their forum buried in the match thread was a posting saying he was there wearing his jeans

Very good tactics to prove to his board how valuable he is to their club. What bette way to do that than by letting others control the team and lose 5-0
