You're absolutely right of course. But an app for geeky bedsit virgins isn't the answer.

Of course it isn't. But people will choose the path they feel most viable. It's just a shame that it's come to these sort of last resorts in the first place

I was gutted to lose to Maidenstone too.

Sounds like a mistake a non football e.g. Rugby League fan would make

The music reminded me of the famous Hovis ad, the narrative of Karl Marx discussing Barnstoneworth.

Very good.

He told me on 4/1/18 4,109 people had downloaded the app across IOS & Android, with 2,000 signing up for the paid version (£99)

Yet Google Play (andriod) currently says 100+ downloads (the free version counts as a download) when you'd expect 1k+, there are currently only 8 reviews all in the last week.

Out of the 2,000 paid up members, he claims today to have "a large number of Chesterfield fans" you'd expect a few members on here if that was the case. Yet we only have Oscar nominated Luke Read known so far.

For sure more gems

He was claiming the previously quoted numbers before the app went live on 7/1/19 but the plan was to cap numbers at 2,500.

He said he had finance in place from Angel investors to buy a club which needs to include a stadium of £4m. He believed he could bring £1.5m plus into the club in share sales.

I asked for details of the investors, he said that would require entering into an NDA. I pointed out he uses claims of NDA's to try and sell his product.

He said he expected to reach 100k downloads after the TV commercial on the Sports Channels and on Sky via their ad platform.

On Tuesday he told me the launch had gone ahead and great numbers added, yet there was no change in numbers of the Google Play store (not got access to I tunes/IOS).

What a dreamer!

Do they all go to the same school? Ask him, why Chesterfield? Does he think we are all like Luke Read?

Don’t get number of actual downloads on the App Store but it’s flying high as number 121 in the sports app chart....one place above the Leeds Utd app but behind apps for timing boxing rounds and the Russ Bray Darts Scorer Pro app!!!

It’s got five 5* reviews to date!!

Luke is a real supporter. He was a season ticket holder in the (kop) south stand.
He is not a member of this board, but he is in agreement with the NAPM brigade.
Everything he says on that video (including the Maidenstone cock up) are his own words, yes, he's reading them out loud but he wrote the piece out, sent it to OWNA who asked him to do a video for them. He lives in Chesterfield, has a young family and is genuinely one of the nicest lads you could wish to meet.

He truly has lost faith in the owner and has bought into this OWNA app but doesn't want to actually buy our club because he knows that it's gonna take more than the whole app could afford to run it.

What you see, is genuine. 100% genuine.
Life goes on. Whatever happens.

Well I never, can he confirm there are large numbers of fellow Spireite's who have also subscribed?
