Just FYI, Pete Whiteley will be at Halifax (near the away entrance) from 6.30pm with any tickets that haven't been collected from the club by 4.30pm.

Is anyone still waiting for the refund of the first failed payment? Ridiculous it’s taken 5 days. Is there an email address I can contact?

He defo does, I saw him browsing the board before kick off lol. That being said, he’s a real asset to the club, whenever I go the club he’s there, and he did not have to stand outside that ground while we were all inside supping or in the pub.

My pending transaction was cancelled yesterday and money returned to my account etc. Nat west

Your bank, the money hasn't actually been taken its been reserved but worldpay release that 2-3 days after the transaction. If it hasn't returned to your account then you need to speak to your bank about it as it never gets to CFC

Technically its not a refund as such as the club have never taken the money, as mentioned worldpay reserved it then messed up the transaction. When it happened to me getting a Chelsea ticket it took nearer 10 days i think for the reserved amount to disappear but there is nothing the club can do, its your bank that has to sort it.
