Answer me this. Why did a load of Stoke fans turn up to Runcorn recently, and cause trouble?

I doubt you can - the answer is football "fans" from that city just like to fight, whatever the occasion.

Halifax V Chesterfield A lacklustre first half with a bit more open play in the second half. Nathan Tyson comes off the bench to out pace the defenders to put Chesterfield 1 up and is brought down by the defenders outside the box on a quick break as Halifax are pushing for an equaliser and Danny Rowe smashes home the kick to send 2500 Spireites wild.
Wrexham V Notts CountyWrexham dominant the first 80 minutes but with no quality to score. Against the run of play County break away to score. In the 90th minute and after another Mullin dive in the box there is a big fight between the players and both teams have 2 players sent off. A penalty is given which Mullin blazes over the bar.
Solihull V Chesterfield Solihull dominate for the first 60 minutes until off the ball Weston fakes that he has been punched and the 4th official tells the ref the Solihull player has thrown a punch as is sent off. Solihull start getting nasty and throwing themselves on the floor trying to con the ref. The ref gets annoyed with them and when Mandeville totally Mis kicks the ball in the box and falls over the ref blows for a foul and awards Chesterfield a penalty in the 85th minute which Rowe smashes down the middle and after a nervy 5 minutes the job is done
Notts County V ChesterfieldA slow and shoddy start by Chesterfield sees Notts County go in at half time 1 up and the first 25-30 minutes of the second half are not much better, then a surprise as Tshimanga comes off the bench and his second touch sees him equalise from a Rowe through ball, then just as it looks like going to extra time Tshimanga is fouled just outside the box. Rowe takes the kick and puts the Notts keeper and the ball in the back of the net to send the Thousands of travelling Spireites wild.
Oh, is that my alarm going off.

I'm very familiar with Stoke and its people. But they won't be pointing their Montegos and Sierras to London for a scrap.

Perhaps not as familiar as I am.

I've seen SOT football supporters wanting to fight too many times.

Whilst complete rot boxes, and I've owned both, Montegos (and Maestros by the way) and Sierras fetch a princely sum nowadays.

A bit more than they used to up Silverdale car auction...
