Neville has very little control though, doesn’t he own 10%?

He’s the most high profile I suppose, probably due to his sky gig.

I’ve not watched much of them but that sky sports show following Salford behind the scenes it seemed to be Neville who was most involved and would do the hiring/firing although they generally had meetings between the main ex united players that are involved.

Ownership wise the 6 ex united players have 10% each then Peter Lim who owns Valencia has 40%

They’ll soon be streakier than bacon, then.

As for Salford, they even sack managers that gain promotion, eg Johnson and Morley, Alexander.

Burnley holding talks with Vincent Kompany to be next manager according to Sky. Could be as early as today when he leaves Anderlecht.

Ridiculous move if he takes it. Burnley taking loans out to finance the huge debt and for me I think they could be in free fall and in real trouble.

Are Burnley in debt??
I honestly would be surprised if they are, they've hardly spent a penny in the Premier league scheme of things, so how they managed to rack up a debt?

ALK took out a £65M loan when they took over at club, explains why no significant money given to Dyche for players
Also a lot of players out of contract, beginning to look like a basket case

Burnley could really be the next
Bolton
Blackpool
Dare I say Bury ?
At least they get to play Blackburn again

Cynical side Burnley have been for a few years .. I was certainly behind Leeds on Sunday
But I would still hate to see Burnley the football club implode

Fans seem to be a well grounded lot
THEY FLY SO HIGH , NEARLY REACH THE SKY , AND LIKE MY DREAMS THEY FADE AND DIE

Apparently they took out the loans against the guarantees that they will get the tv money from the Premier league. Now they're relegated the loan company want their £69m back.
