Prob about £2k a week for morsy at a guess

In footballing terms not dwarfing though but will take your point.

Be nice to see town in the championship. That style of play suits the league, us, Bournemouth, brentford all play football and are all at the right end. Barring Ipswich who play goofball typical mick McCarthy style.

Well why come out with crap in the first sentence if you have no idea about Morsey's wage

Why don't you clear off old chap

Because knowing roughly how much Hughes earns I would hazard a guess that Morsey isn't on minimum wage.

Calm down treacle.

Jones had a few moments himself today. Was it him who did the fish out of water against Sheff Utd? 😂😂

yep, jones did that against the blunts, and does sometimes play the crowd...but your bloke still dived - also, that tackle on Gardner - 2 mins into added time and he was scythed down like that? No need for it at that stage of a game that was already won
A new hope.

When the mighty Forest banked 3 points last week your supporters were hardly handing out the platitudes.
If only....

Forest did a job on us last week. We edged first half n when Hughes went off at HT we struggled to get a foothold. Bryson and Hendrick kept bombing on leaving us exposed. You could see it coming from a mile off.

As for today you played well, really well but we played sh*te and won 2-0. That's the difference as you go up the leagues if you don't take your chances when you are ontop you get punished, saying that Bent had he been playing regular and been sharper should of had 3. It's happened to us enough times.

Take the plaudits and the confidence and kick on for the rest of your season.

Well in my eyes we didn't lose,we may be out of the cup but you don't get promoted or relegated in this comp.Im happy and proud with our performance two errors two goals but we was the better side.

Derby 47% Chesterfield 53%
shots
13 19
on target
6 4
off target
2 8

I was surprised we had more efforts on target but again that's the quality. Bent was saying after the game he wasn't happy only to score one but was satisfied to hit the target.

I am intrigued tho, football is essentially about winning, losing and drawing. If you didn't lose what happened?

To be honest after all the critiscm after last week defeat by forest and all the hype for this fixture I expected derby to steam roller us but it never happened ,we took the game to derby and they couldn't cope.We was let down in front of goal admit but if we had scored a goal who knows.
Iwasent let down by our game plan, the support was superb, overall im very happy and lost me voice...expected more from the rams.

Our shooting today was woeful but I was surprised at the ease in which we created some very good chances. We have scored a lot harder chances this season.

Like I said we had no finish but 19 shots 4 on target tells its own story. We moved the ball well through midfield.Dont forget this is a top championship side and we had 53% of the game.

I guess being fair to Derby it wasn't a full strength side and the Rams have said they didn't play that well

That team was full of this seasons regular championship starters?

In fact only 3 as far as I can see weren't, and 2 of those are were big new winter transfer window signings

The opposition usually only play as well as the other team lets them. So well done to town today as most of their fans said they played poorly.
