I believe they will downgrade the academy to provide teams 16 & above only, recruiting older boys released by other academies.

The heroic goal of the infamous PPP is of course to provide better quality prospects for the CFC Academy at the younger age groups, so downgrading would be the final nail in that coffin.

If he planning a reorg, one thing Ashley could do is make Humphreys Assistant Manager and then promote Smith to Youth Team/Reserve Team Manager. There are more and more youth team players now playing reserve football. Yesterday in fact, they all were.
