No point getting rid of O'Shea for the sake of 50k. If we are going to stay up we need O'Shea, Evans and Ariyibi all to play their part.

I know what you mean, and I like Jay but will he be the player to get us out of this? Would a less talented midfielder to add some steel to the side be a better bet?
He IS very inconsistent and presumably it would give the new manager scope to bring in some new faces.
