I donated a few shirts for that but couldn’t part with this one.

Probably wish I hadn't to , should have done a swap for parrot eggs if anyone can remember that chapter 😁

I’m ok with the first three lines then I start to struggle, so maybe I do need to change my readers!

Ye it's like an eye test at work that occupational health put us through , then we have to breath in that bog roll thing 3 times , makes me dizzy and then tells me I've got the lungs of Rab c nessbit 😁 I don't smoke now but my job involves me breathing in iron dust ,rusty lungs are us 😟

I really hope it doesnt..... any form of dust should be minimised through appropriate PPE....

(old insurance claims from people who worked in the historic building services division are the bain of my life, as tracing anything going back to 1980 to 1989 is virtually impossible now so you spend time trying to work out who the insurers were, who they have now become or passed their historic liabilities for and fighting to get payout for people who deserve it!)

Absolutely, its not the payouts that I object to, its that they need them and that the insurance companies are such weasles when it comes to old historic cases as invariably the policies have been transferred to a run off specialist who wants to avoid paying out....and who doesnt sell to the general public so has less need to worry about reputation.

But more importantly your employer has a duty of care to provide appropriate equipment to make sure your health isnt damaged (based on the science we know now.... asbestosis was in many cases something not known about at the time)
Stay Home. Stay Safe.

Anyone finding the new shirts a little snug shall we say? My wife won the Facebook competition the club ran last night for a new red away shirt. She’s let me have it and I’ve picked up a large one earlier but I’m not sure even I’m my pre lockdown still playing cricket so slightly lighter than I am now stage it would have ever fitted me!

I’ve definitely added a bit with not playing cricket but not sure I’d ever get in a large one of these shirts.
