Totally agree ! "We are a Professional Club" ? - Nothing at all Professional-looking about the Concourse Staff, they are a right 'Motley Crew'

Have you seen how clean and smart these so called uniforms are, any new issue after one wash { IF THEY EVER GET ONE) would end up looking the same.

For those that wash their hands after having a slash I wish who ever loads the paper towel dispensers would do so in the correct way, it does seem a waste of money when you grab a towel and half a dozen come out at once!!!!
