I think he’s more of a central midfielder. You thinking of Myles Weston?

Hmmmm, not sure about this one. Pretty much only negative comments from Barnet fans. Very pleased to see him gone. That’s said, good luck to him. Hope he does the business.

One things for sure, Allen is certainly getting the band back together.

I hope we are not in the queue for more Barnet out of contract players.

After all, they basically had a team of players performing worse than our lot until MA went in to try and save them. Granted they put a few results together towards the end but the season lasts 46 games.

We have released 7 and transfer listed 10 of our underperformers, some of whom MA will not have seen play, and I do wonder if those that underperformed at Barnet for most of the season are, in fact, any better.

Meanwhile, unless I've missed it, we are still awaiting news regarding Rowley, Smith, Brewster and Wakefield.

Additionally, have the youths Rawson, Holmes, Sharman etc been sent on their way or have they still got another year in the youth team?

He knows what we were lacking, he know the players from Barnet will do well/lead/battle/perform. No different from Cooky bringing in Robert's and Boco knowing what he could get out of them.

None of the signings are making me jump with joy but I suppose that’s what you get at NL level anyway. And signings I’ve expected to do well in the past have been awful so might as well just see how it all pans out. All my support regardless.

To be absolutely clear Allen worked a near miracle at Barnet - rock bottom to promotion form in 8 games - W5 D1 L2 . Equivalent to 92 points over a season. Barnet did a lot better than 'put a few results together. '

We've been in this territory so many times before. Let's see them play before to rush to judgement about how good they are.

There will be no big names some we will be googling but the squad needs major shake up and its happening. The losing mentality needs to be removed hopeful that will happen.

Pleased to hear they still have a year remaining with the youth team as I understand they are quite promising.

Thank you.

So all last season we had no midfield, no who who was willing or wanted to put a tackle in and some that were just plain idle. Now that's about to change with a manager who knows how to play like this and which players will fight they are now uninspiring 😯😯
