Hopefully more clubs will join the race to sign Dennis, it will push up the price.

I think we could get 100k plus.

If it's less than that I'd keep him, his goals helping the promotion campaign...

If Dennis is so good, why were we the worst team in the country for two years when he was playing?

If you're the only bloke up front with any idea how to score a goal, there's a fair chance you'll grab most of the goals.

He might score goals in a decent team OR he might not be good enough even to get into a decent team. Either way the only way we'll get any value for him is to swap him. Ricky Miller scores loads of goals in the National League, didn't get a look in with the Posh or the Stags.

But we won't do swaps because DA can't fit a player in his pocket (unlike Chris Smalling).

I don't blame him for not wanting non-league football after spending years trying to get out.

Cos he isn’t that good

They are getting 1.9m over 3 years for a player, so 100k is a drop in the ocean

The move to Bradford was reported as being £175k, today's report saying they are still interested says this included add ons.

54 goals in his last 125 appearances is mightily impressive, especially as his goals for us have come in a struggling side without a strike partner or proper service. He should be worth serious money

Read the article and the comments. Don't think their fans like the hierarchy there either..

It would be great for us but tbf he deserves his move. He deserves to play at a higher level club where fans sing his name, and get a good salary while he can. He won't be here next season so it's all about getting the right price. Hopefully DA will invest it in the playing staff as he seems keen to get us back up asap!

Much under rated player, and worth at least that. Top end L1 standard upper body strength, control, passing, composure.
As an aside, I see Bradfud have released Law. What's all that about?
Get it on, bang the gong , get it on

A Bradford fan runs a twitter account titled ‘didlawgoforward’ It seems he is perhaps Marmite for them.

Not what they said at the time MD was it? I thought they def said 75k. If it was 175 then no wonder it twaddled up our January transfer window so much.

His problem at playing at the higher level will be his lack of pace. Fewer chances etc. He needs to be careful where he goes as he could be a first team starter in the league above or a bench warmer at a good side. At his age he needs to cash in but it depends how much he wants to play.
We need a fast brute of a player. Half our problem up top as been that we have to create a perfect goal. Other teams under the cosh often just smashed it out of defence and caught us out with pace.

We didn’t play enough forward players as we were always trying to cover our garbage midfield.

What difference does it make how much we get for him. The only place any transfer fee raised will go is straight into Dave Allens back pocket not to any kitty for new players.
