I've never really tested this with silly things like facts, but whenever it comes to play off games I always favour the team that had the worst of the results in the league games.

I'm pretty sure this theory worked in 1990 and 1995.

So by my expert calculations, this theory would see us play Swindon at Wembley and championship football is ours.......

1990 Stockport were above us after we just sneaked in the playoffs and we gave em a hiding over two legs.

It can be done. I don't fear anyone.

I remember going to Edgley Park a few weeks before Play Offs and getting done 3-1 with Lee Rogers scoring the mother of own goals.

Their fans taunted us as we walked out, needless to say they got it back on our return visit

I remember thinking with us 6-0 up on aggregate in the 2nd leg with 30 minutes left to play that even we cant b****r this up can we?

The play off semi at home to Stockport has to be one of my favourite Town matches of all time.

We can do this.

We're a B****Y good side.

Let's start by keeping 11 men on the pitch from minute 1, and see how they fare then.
