Is the official figure from us the 3,397 that the club put on Facebook?
Doesn't really make sense as we were given 4,300 tickets and when I collected mine Friday afternoon I was told less than 100 were left.

Our club love their figures don't they.

The official attendance, including the away support, is provided by Sheffield United. Then again, why let facts get in the way of more criticism of our club?

It's a genuine query, i'm not gonna be banging on Chris Turner's door in the early hours demanding an explanation as to why the figures were wrong if they were/are. Don't worry.

They're clearly not very intelligent in Sheffield, given that there was no A, B or C rows in the lower stand. I'm guessing they can't add up either.

Thinking back over the 35 years I've been watching Town, and I think that was the biggest league crowd I have seen us play in.

Just glad I didn't rain during the game, got dripped on all game from the stand roof, and seats were filthy and wet, glad I had a snot rag to wipe it before I sat down

I asked the same questions
1. Top Tier holds 3,00 and looked nearly full
2. Bottom Tier holds 2,000 and looked 50% full
3. We claimed and published we had sold 4,000 tickets
4. All Photo's look to confirm points 1,2,3.

It is just a matter of giving credit (To The Fans) where Credit is due. Was SUFC highest League game of the season really down to the SUFC Fans turning out to watch the Spireites MASTER cLASS

September 1998 for Man City away.

Think Villa away in early 70's had about 45000 as possibly did an away match at Swansea (Vetch Field) sometime in the 70's.

I was told the large flags can be a fire risk. That seems to be a possibility unless they are predominately red...
