Good article, although little mention of the owners multi million pound investment in the club.
The idea of scrapping the academy for a B team is perhaps one to consider.

I have said for a while that we should look at not running an academy and look at running a real development squad,get cast offs from other clubs 16-19 year olds and give them a second chance.
