Doesn't mutual consent mean that there is no payout?

No. A settlement figure from either end of the scale of zero to the remainder of contract - usually somewhere around the middle is achieved. It depends on how strong the negotiators are.

Both parties agree mutual consent as to being released from the contract before it has run it's course. It's a case of neither party missing the other.

Unfortunately not. Just means they’ve agreed on a settlement.

Of all the unprofessional things the club has done of latter years (and by God there’s been a lot)- signing a racist thug (going by his earlier tweets and sacking by Oldham) who was allowed to be criminally out of condition and indulged like he was -he was by far the worst.........

Or maybe lying about the James Higgins thing

Or ched Evans

Or the Scunthorpe twitter lie thing

Etc etc

The settlement might’ve paid for Tyson for 3 months

I could believe he could be our most expensive player

The signing of Ched Evans was the low point for me, by far, and that was the point at which my habit of attending matches broke, as I couldn't support him. My wife actually commented recently that it seemed to depress me, which is unusual as usually the fortunes and misdemeanours of CFC don't affect my general mood.

Perhaps we are clearing the decks for Evatt to return.
These go to eleven.

Surely the last lines a joke?
Evo will have no shortage of suitors in the FL come the summer. Looking at our latest accounts and the proposed takeover and the cloth cutting thats required there's not a cat in hells hes returning.

Maybe that's why Gerrard's been shipped out. 😉

I'm shocked that Mr. Curran esquire(albeit for only one game before the error was recognised) has not been mentioned yet either 😂
