Florentin Perez, Real Madrid's president is still flogging a dead horse.

After todays EU court ruling, don’t you just luv em, that both UEFA and FIFA acted unlawfully in sanctioning clubs for attempting to form a breakaway super league I guess we’re about to go through the whole sordid saga again!
East stand second class citizen.

We only get the scraps they throw our way as it is,so probably won't be much different, to be honest.
Who's going to be able to pay to watch their team on the road, when they're playing away in the likes of Paris, Madrid, and Hamburg every other game, but it's not about supporters, it's about world wide telly figures, and the money it brings in.
It's going to weaken the premiership and every European league too, but the chairmen involved, and the likes of Sky don't care one bit.

If the clubs involved were to leave the league then good riddance, would result in a reorganisation of the leagues probably resulting in us being in a more stable situation as a league club.
More likely the greedy few will stay in the league and ditch the FA and league cups while bitching about too many games in a season

It's funny how they moan about too many games, and then set up a friendly in the USA, or Japan when there's a free week mate. It's anything to make the most money out of a game. Teams like Man City, Arsenal, and Man United could let supporters in for free and still make money.
I would say you're right about restructuring the leagues, we may even make the Championship.

I can’t see any English clubs leaving the Premeir League, too big a risk when it comes to keeping their fan base on board. But for sure they will look for a new European competition that favours the Super Clubs, with smaller nation representatives being excluded.
Then such clubs would want, as you say, to ditch the Cups, especially the league cup. Kieran Maguire reported in his the Price of Football podcast that the league cup brought in very little for the winners, £100k, whereas Europe can bring in millions just for the Group matches.
His view was that the top Premier League clubs would one day offer a decent sum to the the EFL to not play in it.
Although after this decision, they may feel there’s no need.

If the Premier League try and fine and take points of man City and Chelsea for financial fair play that may force the clubs hand to leave the Premier league and join a European League. The big clubs will want their cake and eat it as well so may opt for joining the European League as use their premier league spot for their B Team

Do the Premier League sums, are there enough clubs to vote down the changes wanted by those clubs wanting change. Then how much money will be offered to change votes.
God I hate this league.

Let the greedy so called big six pee off, they are essentially continental teams who are based here anyway. They are arragant and its tedious seem them win the league and major trophys year on year. Just imagine a premier league where anyone could win it

Yeah as if. In the premier leagues 30 year history apart from the same big 4 teams; man u, man city, arsenal and chelsea apart from 3 seasons won by leicester, blackburn and liverpool. Imagine the league without the so called big six, would be wide open
