top man James Rowe, much respect to him. On the footballing side he is very firm but fair, honesty combined with a passion and will to win are what comes through with him as well as an absolute attention to detail.

great listening and very emotional.

I can't however reconcile the fact that our two number 10's were both replaced, presumably because they were ineffective, with his analysis that we mullered them.
Get it on, bang the gong , get it on

Having not seen any of the game, only listened to bits of commentary, I refrain from arguing with those who did watch it. All I will say is that I am convinced JR will overcome the injury setbacks, and organise and motivate his players to achieve a play-off place. We have lost a single game in the last seven, with five wins! The transformation he has worked is almost unbelievable. Our run of serious injuries has severely undermined the amazing progress made, but whether JR brings more players in, possibly loans, or reorganises those he has, I don't think we're out of it yet. Our next two games are against the teams just above us in the league; JR will be thinking how much beating them would improve our promotion chances, and I do not write off our chances, under this manager, of winning both of those games.
